groover57, Our caravans are probably 30-50% heavier than your Pennine, my 100Ah and Ancient Uncle's 90Ah battery have both proved themselves to be more than adequate.
I've trundled my 1310Kg van 100yds or more on storage site between bays and done the usual shuttling back and forth to extract/position correctly in bay, checking the battery charge before and after with a proper battery condition/state of charge meter, it didn't even flinch, I couldn't detect any discharge!
Your lightweight Pennine would be fine with a much smaller battery for the use you describe, but for peace of mind to cope with discharge in storage and any off grid use, I'd go for biggest that comfortable fits locker (probably 85/90Ah) rather than worry too much about cramming in a 110Ah.
Probably just as important as Ah capacity is quality! Ensure you buy a decent NCC verified battery https://www.thencc.org.uk/Our_Schemes/ncc_verified_leisure_battery_scheme.aspx
There are endless 'cheap' re-labelled as 'leisure battery' car starter batteries on the market, they fail early in the deep discharge/occasional recharge role of a leisure battery, false economy, get a decent NCC verified battery, look after it by not letting it stay discharged, and it will serve you well for years.
