You already have the info you need. The 135 refers to the width of the tyre, the r13 tells you that it is a radial tyre for a 13 inch rim. Caravan and trailer tyres often do not have a profile number, but it is usually 80, though if you are replacing both tyres the profile is not too important as long as they are the same. All you need to do is look for a 135/r13 caravan or trailer tyre.
