For some reason the EHU socket is missing from the Pullman I recently bought - the cable is present under the trailer (but has been 'snipped'). I presume the rest of the cable run is intact up to where it reaches the what looks like a pair of MCBs in one of the lockers. No sign of anything coming off the MCBs, I guess it's been disconnected ... ? Nor is there any wiring run for a 12v circuit in the locker, and no step-down transformer (though not really sure if there 'should' be, one, or quite where I ought to be looking) but there is a small black box in the locker which I've not investigated very closely yet. Also, no 240v sockets in evidence. Is the 12v circuit completely separate from the 240v, running off a leisure battery?
For a '96 Pullman, where are the main parts of the electrics located (both 12v and 240v)? If I know what should be where I can start to piece together what's missing ...
Hoping it's not a crazy difficult job to replace the EHU socket, and add a couple of 'mains' sockets. Also to install a leisure battery and fit some form of charging for it (whether from EHU or, when towing, from the car), linking it to a 12v circuit for lights and fridge.
Anyone able to point me to any guides? Cheers 🙂

consult a caravan service technician company not worth killing yourself with dodgy electrics if you're not exactly sure what you're doing.

Or you could go to a local caravan / motorhome dealer and ask who does their electrical work, it will probably be a good local auto electrician.

XVI yes?

As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
