Hi we are having problems with closing our pennine sterling 2004 folding camper, it does close but only after my husband really puts pressure on top . The back closes easily but hitch end is really hard. WHY

Not familiar with that model, but our Pullman had to be closed in the correct order, which was the reverse of how it opened. I think you closed the front bed first but hopefully someone who still has one will be able to confirm.

there is a set up video on youtube that may help but have you put everything back in the right place before packing a way?

We have a Pullman and as Ronni mentioned above you close the front bed first followed by the rear.
The height of the cupboards is the height you can't go above.
Have you anything on the bed mattress? The wife has a memory topper on the front bed and this means it does sit up slightly but not enough to cause any problems....

We also have a topper on the mattress but don't think it would make that much difference, also I know about the opening and closing in the right order. Just don't know why it won't close without pressure.

Try closing it without the topper on the mattress if it closes ok then that will show you what the problem is
