I'm in two minds as to whether this is a serious question or a wind up as it's so far fetched, but we'll go with the benefit of the doubt in case it's just ill considered, and offer apologies for any bluntness.
Unless I'm seriously mistaken about the Pennine Pathfinder you are talking about, then there is no way you could tip/store that on it's side for a number of reasons!
Firstly they weigh in the region of 850Kg as a minimum, that's the weight of a small car! - how on earth would you routinely and safely lift and tip that weight fully onto it's side, AND back onto it's wheels!
Secondly, it's highly unlikely that the body has sufficient strength (even if you made a custom 'cradle') to support that weight, it would distort/collapse under it's own weight. It was only ever intended to take load on the chassis/axle, not side panels/body frames!
Thirdly, once you had the thing on it's side supported on 'jockey wheels' as you put it, I think you probably mean casters, it's a un-braked runaway disaster that you would have little control over, let alone struggle to move! An 850Kg 'runaway' sounds horrendous and more than capable of killing and injuring anyone in it's way!
There's a risk of residual fluids, such as in water drainage system and fitted toilet system, due to the rotated angle, leaking out into the interior and doing damage. Everything that was not literally screwed down would need removing to stop it tumbling around in the tipping. I'm not sure the fridge would recover from long term storage on it's side either, any sediment in the refrigerant may settle into narrow pipework and block it!
If you had done even the most basic research, it appears the Pathfinder is 1.9m high, which means it still wouldn't fit through a 4ft (1.2m) gateway even on it's side!
