There's definitely something going on and it looks like mildew to me, especially since it's above the bedroom inners where condensation occurs because of body heat / breathing etc meeting the cold air.
It's not the best time of year to be sorting it out due to lack of sunshine but, if it was mine, I'd try hosing and brushing the affected parts, getting the excess water off (a Karcher window cleaner is ideal for this) and getting it back on the frame to dry (with inners and mattresses out or wet packs deployed).
It was good and breezy here yesterday so ideal for drying. Even having it pitched in the rain is better than having mildewed canvas folded. Get some air to it, if you can.
I'd be concerned about leaving that until next year.
