I have just upgraded the original Truma Crystal outlet that came with my 2010 Pennine Countryman. This was never very satisfactory because the little tabs used to hold the connector in place were too fiddly, too loose and inclined to snap off. Then the male outlet bit cracked and the whole thing squirted water everywhere.
After a bit of a search I found out that the Crystal outlet has since been discontinued and replaced by the new Ultraflow system. I bought the 'Truma Ultraflow Compact Housing Conversion Kit' for about £40. It was not too difficult to fit - you just need to be a bit careful with the wiring and you will need a bit of mastic sealant strip to go on the back of the housing before screwing it on using the original screw holes. (I suggest you test the system before doing this). The only problem was the supplied hose clip which seemed to require a special tool to tighten it so I resorted to a standard, old-fashioned, jubilee clip and screwdriver.
Whole job between 1 and 2 hours.
