Well we have used it twice now and we luv it but we did have a few problems..

The 1st time we put it took 3 1/2 hours and the 2nd time nearly 2 hours it turned out that 2 of the poles for the awning were to long!! lucky for us we were at Billing and they came over to us and sorted it all out...

 Just wondering if anyone else as had the same problem?

We had the same problems. Not sure we got it up the same way twice, and always took a long time. We liked the room when it was up though. We sold it and got a Folding Camper. We like it so much more. Can be put up it ten-15 mins and the awning in 30 mins. Good for weekend trips.

We considered the Jasmin from Burcroft Camping too. Liked the way you could buy an extension and awning like annexe for it.

We ended up with a FC like Ian!  Just seemed like less hassle to put up etc, but that's because of my health problems.

They're great people down there though and really helpful.

Im disabled so needed to stop with tents... We did look at F/C s but the beds were so small.Its made a big diffenece not sleeping on the floor(airbeds). We still have both kids at home so when they have flown the nest we shall look into a van for the car shows. Design the van our selves.
