Hi,
I wanted to change the brakes on my crusader and know that once I remove the hub nut this needs replacing and torquing up. I'm just struggling to find out where to get replacement hub nuts, does anyone know where I can buy them from? Or what is the name/ID of the hub nut needed? Thanks

Hi thanks they were the right hub nuts. So I took the hubs off to inspect the brakes and clean them as they were squealing everything I use the camper, the brakes looked to have at least half of their last life left, so I just cleaned out all the dust and refitted the hub. Used the last weekend and the squealing is as bad as ever. Do you think changing the brake shoes would help?

It might, but this is an inherent fault even with caravans.
Most will do it at some point in their life.

AL-KO shoes are known for brake squeal due to the brake lining going hard.

I decided to give our brakes a full replacement. Whilst the shoes still had plenty of pad left I wasn't sure how long it had been since they had been replaced and as so bit the bullet and replaced the shoes and springs
