hello and thank you for letting me join, i am desperate as new to trailor tents and have purchased a sunncamp 250 holiday duo with no instructions whatsoever. please please can anyone help me with info but especially a pole diagram for the awning because i have just left a pile of poles with no markings on in the garage and feel like binning them, just going in circles trying to work things out, please help if anyone can

Camperlands website has instructions and diagrams for Sunncamp trailer tents. If you have a quick Google I'm sure you'll find other diagrams that may help and there's probably some useful bits on YouTube as well.

I think it was Black Country Caravans who had one of the SunnCamp 250 TTs for sale not long ago. It might be worth ringing them to ask if they have any spare set-up instructions, or at least be able to point you in the direction of suppliers/advisors.

I looked at their 250 wondering whether to buy it, but decided in the end to spend a bit more and upgrade to a caravan.

Don't give up just yet! There must be someone out there who can help.
