Cant speak from a specific point of view of trailer tents.
Not at all sure there is a hard and fast answer! I recently had to pack my soaking wet caravan awning (taken down in the rain, after days of rain!) badly/loosely in a bin bag (rather than put it in it's tightly fitting holdall!), and leave for over a week before any attempt to dry properly, it was fine! It all depends on whether or not it's picked up fungal spores and environment encourages growth!
Perhaps worst case scenario is tightly packed, wet, warm, and airless, and left that way!
Hardly the first time I've had to take down a soaking wet awning/tent (I seem to be cursed in that respect!), but yet to suffer any great consequences.
No doubt that ASAP drying is desirable, but a week does not automatically condemn to mouldy failure! Beyond a week is perhaps pushing ones luck!
I'm one of many, who has limited drying facilities, so you take your opportunities as and when you can, that is not always ideal, but so far has worked out OK for me!
