A Unfortunately this option is no longer available due to weight restrictions / overloading. We would always recommend using racks mounted on the rear / roof of your car for bikes wherever possible. This gives you the flexibility to take your bikes with you when you are set up on site but wish to cycle somewhere different.
We've only just bought ours so I've read everything on the website recently!
I think the key part here is " Unfortunately this option is no longer available" which is them saying they don't do it anymore.
FC owners over the years have travelled many, many miles with some form of bike carrier on their outfit.
I can never remember a single one saying they had any kind of incident when doing so.
------------- XVI yes?
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
Fair comment of course, but I can't honestly see how you would do it, and I don't recall seeing any on the road. I've seen plenty on top of the car though, with a trailer behind.
Maybe they could be strapped on top?? But I'd say the roof rack is the best option... Thanks for the replies... In killarney at the moment... They are a great invention!!!
