Does anyone know of any videos showing to repair/replace wet rot in the corner of a conway countryman?

Does this sealant look cracked enough to let in water?

Water will find a way around seals and trim pieces over time. You can see the cracking in the sealant on the last photo.

Condensation will be contributing the the problem and if corners aren't ventilated it will rot from inside.

I am going to remove the sealant and redo, is there a sealant you would recommend for this type of work?
