You can alway try a Combi Camp!  It's a trailer tent, but it all opens out in less than a minute with one person!  (Excluding the awning of course!)  I have gone away acouple of times with just me and the boys, and have managed ok.  Haven't tried the awning while away though, but did try on the front lawn once and need the oh's help though.  However, the previous owner has given me tips on how to do it myself, so it might not be too bad for one person after all!

OK - it's been established that it is more than likely you can put a folding camper up single handed.  I hope so because I'm putting ours up solo in a couple of days time!  The one thing you should think about is manoeuvring it into place on an uneven pitch.  We have had a mover installed onto ours - not cheap but worth the price in terms of no back problems, have heard other people also singing their praises.  Don't think there's much to choose between Powrtouch and the others - it will depend on which you can get the best deal.
