Hi all

Does any one go camping in their folding camper during this month, we were thinking of going to one of the London sites and spend a few days visiting london, however im not sure about the cold (we have three young children). we have a fan heater but spend most of the time in the awning in the evenings.

Any comments most welcome

Going camping in a Trailer Tent half term week with 3 little ones - it will be cold and the nights short but bring a heater and lots of warm clothing!

Its not the cold I would worry about but getting the canvas dry. Not many good drying days left. We can't decide whether to chance it.

Maybe we best hang on.

My brother often goes camping in the October half term break with his two young children.  They have had some really good times and also some nice weather.  Don't let the thought of your canvas getting wet put you off, blimey it could get wet through in the middle of July.  It would dry in the wind it doesnt have to be sun shining to dry.  If you have a garage you can partly open canvas in there and it will dry.  (Done this myself many times)

Good luck

Sue
