March / April can be quite mild and if you have a heater in the TT then there should be no problem just use up the site electricity as You are paying for it anyway.

Hi Sarah & Jay. There are lots of parents on here who have camped with babies from being very little (we aren't in that group so I can't offer any direct advice).

There have been lots of discussions on this topic before. here is just one thread with lots of good advice here

Same here little J was born Sept 2004 and went camping the following Easter, we used a travel cot and kept her wrapped up and also put a hat on her at night, when we went the second time in May the site did not have any baby baths so we stuck her in the dish washing sinks she loved every minute of it. upto now little J has been camping 7 times and once to France, hopefully next time she will be putting up the tent.

We took my daughter camping for the first time at 3 months and my son when he was 6 months old.  We have had no trouble at all, we always try and get electric hook up for the steam steriliser and have never had a problem, although you can get the pre-sterilised bottles which I always take a couple of in case of emergency's, (we have only needed to use 1 once and that was on a meet for a sick puppy).  We have a folding camper and just have 1 heater which we do leave on all night.  We have had one problem with cold when there was a power cut 1 night and we bought my son into our bed, where he soon warmed up, my daughter slept straight through, she didn't feel the cold, although we did cover her with an extra thick blanket.

As has already been said just enjoy yourself we have found that my daughter sleeps better whilst camping must be all the fresh air.
