Anyone know any? We're considering buying a trailer tent and would like to look at a few, just to get an idea of what would suit our needs as we'll probably try and buy a cheap second hand one.
Have tried Googling and it's not specific enough as to whether they sell just caravans, just tents, trailer tents etc.
Hi I think that Camping International have a place in Gillingham as they do near horsham. The horsham site has lots of tents and trailer tents.Sorry but i do not know the exact address or phone number.
Live in gillingham, you may be disapointed with the models on display at ci, got a few pennines and the suncamp 350 and 400, thats it for campers, lots of tents and awnings.
If you would like anymore links just let me know, We bought our 1st TT last year and luved it, cant wait to start again. We spent the day at NEC last feb just looking at Trailer tents and folding campers, everyone was very help full and freindly its well worth a visit. all the best luv H xx
Have you had a look on the conway owners web astheyhave a for sale board. If you want to know anything they will be able to help, the same as anyone on this site, but we can answer nearly all questions about conways old and new. If you do by a conway join the club, as well asthis one I have.
Thanks all, the NEC thing looks like a good bet. We thought about a trip to Romford but it looks from their website as though they're not open til March!
Went to Smiths today thinking there must be trailer tent weekly or something, but nothing: lots of caravanning and camping mags but nothing for trailer tents or folding campers.
I think we will go for second hand, as the whole point is to save money, but it would be fun to have a look at a few different models!
Barrons at Whitstable have a few now & then . Check thier website for stock details. The Adams family mention SK camping in Godstone. If thats the place on the A22 about 5mins from the M25 it may be worth a look. I drive past it? everyday but being in 60ft of wagon & trailer I,ve never stopped for a butchers. When I get a spare day I,m definatly gonna make a trip out for a look.!!!
Regards THUMPER.
