I have been looking for white wheel trims for my cruiser on the net for hours. I took advice from an earlier post and went to order what seemed to be a good deal from towsure at £7.95 a pair. I nearly fainted when they told me postage would be £19.99 to N.Ireland. The thing is it costs exactly the same to post to and from the mainland UK using royal mail. As I browsed their site I seen several other products I would be interested in but alas I will not be doing buisness with them. They have inadvertantly lost a big market here, If they were to use Royal mail for example it would not cost more than £4 to send the trims and they would be with me in 3 days instead of the 7 working days they stated. C'mon Towsure catch a grip, get rid of your useless carriers and open up a bigger market for yourselves.

Anyway enough of my rantings, if anyone knows of a web site that can cater to my needs please let me know.

Thanks in advance

Hi, Me again, why don't you buy a silver pair locally and a can of white cellulose spray paint from a motor accessory shop. If you spray lightly (don't try to cover the silver in the first coat) just build it up over about 5/6 coats you will have a good deep lasting cover on them.

Ray.

I cant find anywhere that sells them in pairs only in 4's. I will just paint the wheel white if I dont get any. Very frustrating, I thought it would be easy to pick up a pair but everywhere I have found them, postage is extortionate. Even ebay dont have any white ones and only in 4's anyway. It would be cheaper to buy them locally as a set of four rather than order them on the net, unless anyone knows any different?

Try calling one of these, caravan shops usually sell them singly/or in pairs.

Hi Karl Jordan

Welcome to the site we are all mad on here stay up late drink and have a lot of fun chatting to each other, the other site i can recommend is the conway owners site which is on www.conwayowners.org.uk where we are evan madder as we consume lots of alcolhol as well. and we have a lot of people who can help if you get stuck with anything. So why not join us cost £15 per year plus we have a lot of rallies in England, and also atleast one a year in France, don't think we have had one in Ireland as yet but that could all change. call me via this site if you need anymore info.
