Hello There, New to your fab forum site and seached through forum FAQ for help on my 2nd hand pennine pullman 1990. We have just upgraded from TT as we struggled with the TT on our own. So brought this and far easier to errect but we cant work out where the leisure battery connects? There is no outside panel box, there is a box on the front but no connecters? Tried following the 12v wires from inside to outside but they are well hidden underneath the chassis, looked in under seat lockers, cupboards etc... Can anybody help?? Many thanks for any answers.
Hi just came across this so abit late i have a pullman and if its like mine pick up the locker ( seat unit ) on the same side as the cooker and you will find its there under a plastic black cover ! Paul
hi paul, thanks for your information i will have a look and let you know if it is there? as still haven't found out where battery connects yet. So every little helps. many thanks xx
Hi, I have an older pullman unit and like Paul said you should find the connections for the battery under cooker side seat unit, if there are no visable wires you will find a place to attach the ness under the small plastic cover.
Have fun and join the pennine club for good friendly meets and good help with your camper.
Hi to all and thank you for your input on how to connect 12v battery to our pullman. Today we opened it out and had a look for plastic cover under seat cover but there was only wheel arch cover that was black, so didn't want to start to dismantle that just incase?? but my wife had brought for our previous TT a cigerette lighter with croc clips that had worked a coverter we had got, so i chopped the cigerette lighter end off and fitted a 12v plug end on and plugged it in and Hey Presto it worked lights and all. Cant take the credit though as it was her idea!! So if all goes wrong this weekend while we are away where there is no electric hook up, much too my wife's disapointment, no hairdryer or straightners You see!! Back to basics how it should be.....
