The wheel nuts on my Sunncamp 500

Ive just repainted the wheels and want to know how much torque i need to tighten the wheel nuts to ?

I'm afraid I have no idea how tight your nuts should be Steve, but I'd say that if they seem at all uncomfortable, maybe you should loosen them a bit.

What im afraid of is if they fall off whilst travelling at speed.
I dont want to cause a accident !

I cant speak for your unit but an the average caravan/Fc it 65 ft/lbs of torque.

On my last few CARAVANS it was 65 ft/lbs and this PATHFINDER (2004) it states the same.

I hope this will help.

as long as you don't use a ruddy long length of pipe to tighten them with, you'll be OK. in  the past i've used a spanner and never had any fall off
