Just completed fitting the plastic garden box I purchased from B&Q's last week.
Used 3/4" marine ply cut to shape as a base then picked up two holes already in the 'A' frame and drilled a further two 8mm diameter to take small coach bolts and nyloc nuts.
The box is on solid and really pleased with the finished project and tows no problems at all.
Total cost of project, box from B&Q's £19.98, Plywood 4ft x 2ft (trimmed to size) from B&Q's £8.93, coach bolts and nyloc nuts/washers 8mm x 40mm qty 4 local hardware store £1.50, plus a bit of my time on a Saturday morning, and total cost of about £30.
