This is starting to do my head in now as I thought there was an easy soloution to this .We have a sunncamp trailer tent and they gave us a spare wheel for free but no fixing kit to fix it to the a frame of the trailer tent .Went to halfords spoke to a spotty faced assistant " do you sell a kit to fix a spare wheel to the a frame of a trailer " I ask " errrrrrrrrrrrrrr" was the reply  " you sell spare wheels to go on a trailer but not a kit to fix it on with" is my reply again I am met with                                                 " errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr"."OK " I reply " the world is mad its not your fault"  i have also asked in motorman .Now I know that its possible to drill through the a frame and fasten it with some bolts but must be a shop that sells a kit to fix it on to the frame of your trailer tent somewhere .

Halfords do sell one but in my experience it wasn't long enough! I made one with some long bolts, a strip of metal thingie with holes (am sure it has a technical name) & some locking wing nuts & attached it to frame under the trailer.

PECKER.

Have a look on the TOWSURE site,look under WHEEL  ACCESSORIES.

They do a wheel clamp for 400x8 inch  wheel,not sure if thats the size that you want.

I use a Erde wheel clamp (Halfords at £9.99).I had to bent it a bit to go through the wheel bolt holes but it works perfectly fine and i attach it to the drawbaw just behing the hitch with no problems

I have recently bought a sunncamp 350 from ebay, and this has a spare wheel carrier underneath the trailer behind the kitchen unit. Not sure if this was an option when bought new, but if you have'nt already it may be worth seeing if yours has one.

Well I have sorted it at last today.Went to a motor parts shop that I thought would be worth a try as they are always helpfull in there and brought a kit for £7.99 all fitted to the trailer tent now spare wheel is now out of the boot  .Now why didnt I think of going there in the first place  small freindly shop and always helpfull up your halfords your useless .
