Hi
If its the entrance door to the folding camper you are talking about then it can be repaired asI have done one before myself.
If its the same as the one I did then you should have metal strip which goes around the outside of the door, this needs to be removed first by removing the small screws on the edge. Then you need to remove all fixings on the door taking note of measurements so you know where they go back. You finally need to remove the outer metal sheet from your old door, this can take some time as you need to make sure you dont bend it and also all the old glue/wood has been removed.
To make your new door cut a piece of marine plywood to same diemensions of your old rotten door and then restick the outer metal sheet back onto new plywood. To cover the inside I used the sticky back patterned plastic you can buy, I think its called fablon?
All you need to do to finish is put back on the door catches/ hinges etc and rescrew the outer metal strip back on, I smeared clear silicon around the edges of the plywood first to give it a waterseal and also help the metal strip stay on.
Hope this helps
Adam
