Hiya to you all.
Please could anybody give me some advice about pegging down on a hardstanding pitch. The first time we tried out our trailer tent we were on a hardstanding and we ended up coming home a night earlier because we couldn't peg down and it was very windy and the tent was creaking really badly. we now know that you need hardcore pegs, and we have booked for august but they only have hardstanding with electric. will it be ok if pegged down well with the hardcore pegs?   Thanks

You need to use rock pegs. Have a look on the sites forum under TT and Sandy Balls.

dont forget a good lump/claw hammer to get the pegs in and out when you need to,the rubber mallet may not be up to the job.The rock pegs are about 40p each,I bought 30 for our caravan awning but you may need more for a t/t
