yes Time will tell. Im waiting for 2 poles, both had crushed ends, and as im sure your aware there steel, and bloody hard to crush, so god knows how it happened???

But I can just about slot the ajoining poles into, so Ill still be ok.....but will continue to chase them up.....

i have thought about getting one but i have seen one go over on the motorway and it put me right off.

i have given up trying to deal direct with sunnflair. i tried towsure in southampton and they were brilliant. i phoned them to see if they could contact sunnflair as they are a dealer and get me prices of replacement poles for my 2006 400se trailer tent. tim at towsure said no problem i will ring you back in 20 mins with the prices. yeah right ! i thought. 10 mins later he phoned me back with the prices. bloody brilliant i thought and they can deliver them in 2 - 8 days.  i really get the impression that sunnflair do not want to deal with the public.  they really need to sort thier act out if they want to continue selling the products.
