I have just put my canvas back on my pennine pullman and i thought all the uprights were the same size but they are not so my canvas does not fit properly so i need some measurements please, it will involve putting your camper up.

When the camper is up i need the measurements from the push buttons to the top of the uprights please, phoned pennine and they gave some measurements but still doesnt look right swapped uprights around but to no avail so any help in this dilema would be appreciated thanks in advance Andy

Andy,

I am not sure that I, or anyone else, is going to be able to help you on this. Except to say that if it all fitted together properly before you removed the canvas, it will fit now unless you have shrunk the material by some process.

Can I ask why the canvas was removed?

Have you also had the supporting frames off?

Surely it's just a matter of keep trying. There are only 5 uprights (if I'm thinking of the right ones)and four of them are going to be in pairs anyway ie: the two in the bedrooms which angle outwards will be the same as each other, as will the two which push straight up by the wardrobe and seating area. Then that just leaves the middle one.

Theres no need to remove the canvas for storage, we have always left ours on through the winter (we've had a Pullman 1990, a Pullman 2001 and now a Pathfinder 2004) they have been stored outside with a winter cover and upto now have never had a problem.

we didnt take the canvas off for storage, i had to take canvas off because roof was rotton with mould and mildew as it was a feild find so over the years it sat out in the feild it got rather wet and the above happened.

the pullman is now kept in my garage

there is five roof supports which are all of a different size according to pennine the push buttons that slide up and into place are all different sizes from the top of the uprights down to the push buttons these are the measurements im after but will try and do it again next weekend.
