I bought my 350 (2000 model) off eBay for £700 and it was stated to be in excellent condition but was in good but came with electric, porta potty and other items. £400 seems a good price but you stated in fair condition, is there any rips in the canvas, are all the poles there, is the trailer sound, is the cover ok etc. Basically if it is all there and the canvas is sound and is usable it looks a good deal. If it does need some work on it may be worth paying a few hundred more for one in good condition.
