Hi we are currently looking at buying a trailer tent, we have one of those huge 3 pod tents at the moment and fancy a change.  We are looking at the Sunncamp 400SE or Trigano Ocean 240 std model or the Trigano Modular 1 model.  Is there anyone out there who has one of these models or could recommend which one they think is the best one to have.

Also do you insure your tt separately or does it come under the house insurance?

We had the trigano ocean, it was a lovely TT.  I think you are best having a look round and seeing what you like cos they are all different in their own way.  How many is it for?  There is lots of room in the oceane, and it will sleep 6 - 8 with the underbeds.  There are 5 of us and it was big enough for us.  Myy advice see as many as you can before you decide.

Thanks very much. Theres 4 of us 2 adults and 2 children (aged 3 and 6).  We want to get to camperlands in Manchester to have a look but are busy getting things ready for our hols next week.  We do like the look of the Ocean but will definately have a look round before we buy.

we have a trigano cheverney its lovely and big and trigano are one of better made tt you will buy. our also sleeps 6/8 and its massive. if you do get chance you should go to camperlands in northenden manchester and have a look around they have triganos and sunncamps brand new ones and some second hand ones. we got ours from barrons in coppull.

and yes it is advisable to get your tt insured seperate your car insurance will cover it third party whilst on the road travelling but thats all. we have just insured ours this year and it only cost 60.00 for the year so its not worth risking.

camperands have a very good sale on this month it would be worth going we got our trigano chantilly there on sunday over £900 worth of extras.

hi just read your post, weve got a sunncamp Holiday 500 for sale 2001 model, its large - has 2 kingsize bed rooms and a few extras, its on the forsale adds on here,
