We've recently used our Crusader on battery for the first time, the lights, water pump etc worked fine but the electric sockets didn't work.  They've previously worked fine whilst connected to electricity through the hook up cable and in the second week of our holiday we had electric and the sockets were fine.  We've checked the fuses and phoned a local FC dealer to confirm that we hadn't missed a switch to turn the sockets on - but they didn't think that we'd done something completely daft.  Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Are your lights and water pump12v like the battery, are the sockets for 220v they only work if they have 220v mains power. As the battery is 12v

You can bye an inverter they come in different sizes depending on the size of the out put you need see web address

Hope this helps
