Can anybody say what the approximate unladen weight of an average TT is please ?
Hi
I'm going to have to get mine weighed in a unladed state, when I get a minute. In the brochure it's given as 348kg, but I don't know exactly how unladen that is.
I loaded mine (Trigano Chantilly GL, with kitchen unit) with the usual (awning, poles, chairs etc), then threw the bike rack on, and three lightweight bikes, and got it weighed; 650kg. Unfortunately max laden weight is 450kg, so I had to shed everything I could. Didn't get time to re-weigh unfortunately.
So, I recon even with its awning alone, the trailer's probably near its max laden weight, even if there's still space in there.
