Just bid and won one of the above for £120 !

Apparently is mid eighties vintage. Not yet collected it but can't find anything in the internet about it. Does anyone have any clues / tips / pictures.

Will put it up in the works car-park at the weekend to see what we got for our money - no nosey neighbours pointing fingers and laughing (can't get it into the back garden).

Trading up from tent so is exciting !

Looks like a bargain to me. All the inners, spare wheel, watertight canvas...even if you only use it for a season then put it back on Ebay (with some decent pictures) then you`d almost certainly get your money back.

One thing...I see there`s a cable for, presumably, the tail lights? better check they`re working before you go to collect it otherwise you`ll need a lighting board as well as a spare numberplate. It won`t be a bargain if you get stopped by the police and fined!

we had an Erka tt very similar to yours (although the box was white on ours), our first tt that served us very well for a few years until we decided to upgrade to a Conway Tardis. One thing to check before you tow it anywhere is that the tow bar is bolted onto the trailer box properly .It fixes with two bolts just under the front of the box. I always removed the bar on ours as it made it easier to store the tt.

I've added a couple of pics from our weekend at the Dorset Steam Fair from 5yrs ago. Looking at the pics reminds me, when you zip the awning on to the main tent make sure you pull the flap over to cover the zip because you can't reach it once the awning poles are up

Put it up yesterday. All is there even the lights work !

The markings on the outside show "Lamont" and the tent inners have "Caravanne Chantilly" on them.

Its a 1980 model.

A bargain to be sure.
