hi i have returned from the dark side and purchased a fc a 2005 sunncamp venture i am driving 250 miles on saturday to pick her up and stay in her for the night.thanks to everyone who replied to my threads you have helped me make my decision and i look forward to many years in my new fc.
I didn't know Sunncamp made folding campers, but I am suprisingly impressed with the quality of their current products. The price makes this Venture a real bargain. Let us inow what you think. It looks comperable to the Sterling I think but quite a lot cheaper - wonder why?
Ours is very similar to the sterling, having owned a pennine apollo, much smaller so we sold it. But we know the quality is not the same as a pennine, the curtains and fabric are not the same. But it is a great unit, colours are a bit.....erm.......cheerfull, but a very good unit, especially for the money.
i picked it up on saturday and stayed in her overnight i was realy impressed as mine also has mains electric and a fridge neither of them are standard she was alot bigger than i thought (not a complaint) but realy easy to tow alot easier than my tin tent which is lighter than my fc!!! and i got 39 to the gallon and i cant wait until next season to france & cornwall etc so that i can use her again!!!!!!!1
