20 min is for ten and poles up mind! It'll take you some more time to hammer the pegs in etc.
We got our 400 SE from Camperlands in manchester and they do an excellent tutorial on collection and actually put the tent up with you, mark the poles and show you how everything works. Great service and v friendly too! We got a free electric multi-socet and have used it extensively- to the extent that we can plug in an electric heater for chilly nights etc in the trauiler body- cozy!
I would say that you gat more usable room in a trailer tent than a large caravan- the only advantage of those is that you can just pitch-up and chill if it's wet.
Towing's a piece of cake too!
