We made ours for an old Raclet, using the originals as patterns, and incorporating the old meshes for ventilation. It's not too difficult as they are held on usually by elastics which are acailable in any accessory shop. I think, (my wife bought it) we used lightweight sheeting and just doubled all the seams. They were sewn on our domestic sewing machine (Frister & Rossman) and there was no trouble at all. Make sure you do decent sized flaps underneath to be held down by the mattress, as they are crucila to maintaining the fit.

I think that the next time I have the Camargue out I`m going to take out an inner and measure it then see if I can set up a web page showing how to make them. Really, they`re just sheeting, a bit of mesh and some tapes and hooks with a zip down the front. Conway ones have a solid undersheet, btw, not just flaps...the mattress fits inside the inner like the base of a bag.

Have a look on ebay. We have a combi camp and it had no inner tents, and thats where we got some, we had to do a bit of sewing, but hey now do the job
