Hi Pecker
I fitted a B&Q garden box last year to my TT, have a look at the image in my gallery.
What do I fit in mine
- The "john"
- Coleman 42 litre electric coolbox
- All the begs and hammer
- timber pads
- Tilley lamp
- fuel for tilley
- small collapsable table
- Small rechargeable emergency battery pack plus a range of 12v cables for various uses.
Couple of thing to be wary of is the actual weight you are applying to the nose weight, this can be balanced slightly by adjusting the contents within the TT.
Also need to be aware of your turning circle, you dont want to clobber the box on those tight corners.
Other than that, I could not do without it.
Hope this helps
Andy

Hi Vickie
I made a base plate from 3/4" marine ply brought from B&Q and cut it to fit inside and if I remember correctly used 1/2" bolts with large washers to spead the load a little and bolted straigtht through to the A frame. There were already two holes in the A frame I just drilled two more.
If all this sounds a little daunting to you, let me know and I will take a few pictures for you but wont be able to get to it until next weekend.
Regards
Andy

Hi Vickie
I just placed plywood inside and cut it too shape, you could even use 1" as added strength, if you also put it on the outside its something else to paint each year to keep the moisture out.
Ive used mine for a season now with no problems, any Q's just ask
Andy
PS Just viewed the link, its exactly what I done, I also used a couple of stainless steel self tappers where the plastic end plates fit together just to add a little extra piece of mind, you could also put a strap horizontally around just when travelling.
That one looks a little larger than mine, and using that one you would have to be careful with your turning circle, you dont want to be smacking the corner of it when turning those sharp hairpins!!!
