Take a camera & Photograph from all angles, Inside and out, youll be suprised how this helps next time you put yours up, plus you can post the one of the piece along the base of the trailer.

Hi ogri1st

I have just had a nose at your gallery pictures.  How did you manage to open up the side of your tt.  We have a 400SE and do not seem to have that capacity.  WOuld be very interested to know how you have managed it.

Regards

Alison

Hi new member here, Ihave had a sunncamp trailer tent for the last 8 years and absolutely love it but due to the growing size of my family ( 4 grandchildren ) I could do with larger living area I think mine is the hoiday 300. does anybody know 1. are the sleeping areas all the same size. 2. If I could purchase the outer tent for say a 400/450 could i just zip it to my existing bedroom area and extend it that way Oh and also 3. Does anyone know where I can purchase a new cover for my trailer as my origional one is damaged i.ve tried contacting sunnflair but the web site is down, look forward to chatting to like minded sunncampers

Hi Gaggy, first you need to identify what the zip is on your cabin, i.e. male or female, then contact Sunnflair (+44 (0) 1245 329933) and ask if the 400 awning will mate to that (it seems they don't put all the zips on in the same way!) - I guess it might help to identify which way the zip runs too.  Also, of course, you would have to put up with a colour mismatch, as the 350 is green isn't it, and the 400 is blue.

An alternative is to contact one of the companies who do awaning repairs and extensions (I can't remember the names at the moment, and can't access where the info is), as they will give you a 1 to 1.5 metre extension for less than £200.  They don't do more than that, as there's no upright poles I think, so that's as far as it is safe to go.

HTH
