You can find out the age by looking at the towbar. There should be a plate fixed to the bar with details and a serial number. Part of the number denotes the age. Also the colour of the canvas can be a giude to the age of the unit.
The Conway Owners Club website www.conwayowners.org.uk has details of most Conway units including scanned brochures that may help. I know that the Corniche was made in a number of variants over the years, some with removable front wall to the awning, some without. I cannot recall one with no doorway but Conway were very adept at producing "Specials" that were trialled on the general public and often sold as standard units. We had a 1987 Corniche for years (two tone grey with red piping) a wonderful TT that never let us down.
Try posting a message on the Conway club forum, there could be someone there who can help. Failing that Tent Valeting Services are certainly the experts in most things Conway Graham Shuck knows his stuff and should be able to help.
Hope this helps
Mike
