There are these very small one-person trekking tents, and some rather fit two person tents too, ultralight too. Seems to mee that you are looking for bivy type solutions, although you should realize that camping in a onme person tent during a few days of rain is not very confortable. For that a two person tent may offer more comfort and these exist too in lightweight version, fir for motorbikes.
Look e.g. at for a two person tunnel: http://www.msrgear.com/tents/wind2.asp Or at http://www.terra-nova.co.uk for the Argon 800 (1.1 kgs, one person tent) and Argon 990 (same tiny bit larger). The first would be fit for a motorbike, the second especially for walking, hence ultralight and compact. Both would be fit for the Elephantentreffen, although I suspect the MSR tent would be the sturdiest. And your bike should be able to carry 3.5 kgs. Now that you got the idea you can search further. I took the Dutch site of the 'Zwerfkei' as a starter and than looked for brand of tents. The Zwerfkei is a specialized outdoorshop, also catering for mountaneering and such. That's why I took it as 'entrance. look for a similar shop in britain on the internet. Otherwise go to sites like thos from Vaude-tents, MSR (above), North Face etc.
For cheap solutions you should visit a good camping shop, as brands like Vaude and Coleman also have cheaper solutions. I even have seen very cheap cotton tents overhere, that might fit the bill. Only way is to look for a budget-camping store.
Cheaper examples form the Coleman site: http://www.coleman.com/coleman/ColemanCom/subcategory.asp?CategoryID=11070 Look at the 'Avior" and 'Kraz' both via the internet a hundred dollars.
