Funny you should say that, Andyvon!!! It was only on Monday that Steve and I were in discussion; the happy outcome being UKCS will be pleased to work with us once again.
The application forms will be on the site in due course, nearer to Easter but can't say exactly when at this stage. The only advice I can give you is to keep looking but we are on the case.
We look forward to seeing all our "old" friends and to meet lots of new ones. Everyone is welcome to our meet.
Cheers, Barry, not sure when the handover of applications will take place as have now been in bed almost a month following a hospital admission with "proper" flu that has knocked me for 6.
People nowadays don't realise what flu is, they think a bad cold is flu, boy are they wrong, twice in the 1950s I had a doctor stand at the side of my bed and say there is nothing I can do for him, Ill call again in the morning by then we will know one way or the other, I have never had pain like it in my life even my toenails were on fire.
Very pleased you are a survivor like me.
Take it easy it knocks the whole body out of kilter.
Thank you, Barry. I agree so many people think flu is like a bad cold and will tell you, "Oh, I had flu but went to work" NO they didn't!!! Have had proper flu a couple of times in the distant past but not for years having the jab every year.
