Hi Eunice...Even if the weather turns we have the use of a hut on site so it shouldnt be too bad...I..my son..and daughter are hoping to arrive mid morning sometime..so if you arrive after us make yourself known..and we will give you a hand setting up...The Big green Trailer Tent with all the stuff lying around it will be a fair indication as to where we are pitched??? Im sure Ian or Sarah will post a list as soon as they get in from work...See you friday...

hi jelboy, only just spotted this post. we will look out for you. you wont be able to miss us either. our tent is bright blue with fluresent (spell?) yellow guy ropes. its so we wont lose it on the way back from the pub!!
Eunice...Re your reference to the pub...I do trust you are not Partakers of the Demon Drink?? I would have you know that the Gretna meet is to be a Temprence one...Brother Ian...assisted by Brothers Kev and Alan will be round to your tent as soon as you arrive..to confiscate any alcoholic beverages they may find...This will be placed in Ians caravan and will be given back to you on departure(if theres any left) the only drink we will be taking is a delightful concoction made by Brother James called Septic Tank..Named after the fine fellow who 1st made it at an earlier meet which is quite a refreshing drink and leaves you with no hangover in the morning!!! If found in possesion of drink after the initial confiscation...Im afraid we will just have to ignore you for the rest of the W/end
Only kidding Eunice...Sounds like you will fit right in on the Friday and Saturday get togethers See you tomorrow..
Jelboy.

Got the caravan ready, apart from filling the fridge.
I'm going to drag them all out of bed at the crack of dawn so we can get going early. How early can I get off with? Hmmm...well I woke at 3.15am this morning. Might get a few complaints if I try that!

Sorry Alison, no. Ratty perhaps doesn't realise that I've had to cancel.
What a night!!! Had a power cut, and that stopped loading as we couldn't see to sort things out! came back on at about 10(ish) so have sort of piled things still to get loaded in the living room. Helen has school in the morning and I (as witnessed at Dunnikier) am not too good first thing so hoping to leave at lunchtime which should get us to Gretna by mid to late afternoon, depending on towing and traffic. Safe Journey everyone and see you there. Anyone sees us on the Motorway or A-roads give us a hoot an a wave! May stop at abington for a break, old habits an all that!
To every one going away this weekend be safe and dry and may the sun shine all over the world for the next 4-5 days at least!
