I've finally got all the camping stuff packed into boxes and bags and it's all in the dining room.

I have no idea how we're going to get it all in the car, May have to leave our child behind - even though she has spent all evening making her costume for Sunday. She will be so disapointed if she doesn't win anything, I may have to tell her baout the Mcfly tickets I've been hiding to cheer her up.

You've all been so busy. I confess, I went to Tescos and bought biscuits and couple bags of grapes and then went to a shop and hired costumes - but I simply haven't had time to do/think things, I'm looking forward to this w/e just to relax...  Never mind, hubby got day off tomorrow, I've taken kids out of school so just need to load up the car tomorrow morning - ok, we hope to be away by 11am, but taking bets it won't be till much later!

Siane - it would be a lot quiter without them - but then we'd have no excuse to go to kiddies picnics and play with our teddies!! Don't quite know how to get it all in either - did I have to hire such a large furry costume....

Totally p******d off!  we can't go, my OH took Bambi out last night to check her over for me, and had to get towed home - no fuel getting to the engine and he can't look at it until tomorrow. I am so fed up now! and Rob has gone to school in a really evil mood.  Anyway hope everyone has a lovely time & I'll enjoy the pics instead! I can't believe this - it's the 2nd meet we've had to pull out of this year.

Well, we're almost packed - hubby grumpy, kids got everything out of toy shed, ho hum.  Off we go...

Thanks Elaine & Jo,  I did think about the tent, but it's a good four-hour journey from here & I really don't fancy putting the tent up after that, Bambi's spoilt me I'm afraid when it comes to pitching!

Please pass on my apologies to Claire, and the others, I have emailed them so hope they get it,  I had a leccy pitch booked, so at least someone can take it over. Suppose I could spend the weekend gardening, or camping in the garden. Ho hum....
