I wouldn't phone the site yet, as I think this is still in the planning stage, & as far as I know nothing has been finalized with the site.
Ratty will let us know if this is going to be a meet or not, to be honest I don't think there has been enough interest shown on here.
If it does go ahead Ratty or Ian will post on here & let us know that the registration pages are open, you will click on the link & register your interest, then you will receive an email straight back telling you if you need to do anything else.
I seem to remember Steve saying that the person at the campsite who will be dealing with it all has gone away for a week, so hold tight.
