Well now Elvaston is cancelled has anyone any ideas where we could converge this weekend?

Yes if you can arrange a venue in the same sort of midlands area that would be great as I have already booked time off work and sorted the kids school holiday requests out.

Shame not to go away this weekend as the kids are really excited.

Ppl If you are interested I have found a site that we are going to set tent on for the weekend. It is called Foxholes Castle camping site, shropshire, it charges £10 per night for 2 ppl and £2 per person over the age of 10 thereafter (under 10 free) dogs go free.

And as an added bonus Bishop Castle ( the village it is in) are holding a beer festival.

I have just phoned the site and they have plenty of room available, the place isn't flooded and the weather is forecast to be nice there. As it is on a hill the field is not squishy muddy.

If you are interested in meeting us there just email me (if this is ok with Ratty) I hope i'm not intruding on ya job matey or give the site a bell as I'm not sure on electric hook-up and caravans. I'm sure they have them though.
