Hi

I am aware that there is a club called the Loner's club which, of course, exists for people who travel alone.  However, I have been trying for some time to make contact with the organiser without any success.  Does anyone out there know of this club and if they do can they please make contact so that I can join?  Many thanks.

Thank you  both Anne and Romaway for your very quick responses.  I have been trying to get hold of Dave Bamforth (name provided by Romaway) but I haven't tried Pete Ibbotson. Thanks Anne. I'll give him a try as well.  You never know I might get hold of someone by the winter.

The Loners Group still exists but several years ago it changed its name to The New Horizons Camping Club, they have their own website and an email address: angela.newhorizonscamping at gmail.com

There’s a separate forum called “meeting up”. I’m pretty sure there’s a link in one of the threads there to a UKCS Facebook group for solo campers.
