Not this year as we were away but did have a wander round the year before.

Will try and go next year but it's always the same when on your doorstep.
Was interested in the camping as it would be fun to camp just down the road.

ahh i remember this being posted about last year - would love to go, especially as i have fond memories of broadstairs as a child and my sister lived there for a while as she married a Thanat chap. But as last year it is on the week we go to our timeshare in Gran canaria for 2 weeks so will have to miss it again.

 

Looks great though, especially if the weather is good.

No surfspud i'm not local, was born and bred a maiden of kent rather than a kentish maiden which if you are kentish bred you will understand  but have had alot of dealing with the area through work and family. Looked into moving down there a few years back but my londoner hubby got cold feet grrr!

You'll be able to walk there with your tent won't you??? ..........lol

If i remember right, campsite is only about half mile from where you live, isnt it.

Yep it is. We could pop home for the loo or a shower. Asked this last year as we wanted to try out our new tent close to home....and I don't think you could get much closer.

camping in school field at upton included in the season ticket prices.

i've camped at manston near the airfield b4 now as i find it cheaper than buying a season ticket for the events . i only go for the 1st weekend and spend it round the pub gigs. some of my friends perform and get a free ticket.
