Wansbeck Riverside looks lovely can you tell me if the playpark is on the campsite just the website says near.  We are a large group of new campers and are always on the lookout for campsites with play areas near the camping so the children can go and play without too much supervision.  If you can recommend any other parks in the area that would be fantastic.

Thanks for that - might give it a miss till they are a little older as the kids will want to be in the water.

Can you recommend anywhere else around the region that is good for groups of kids and adults and has a playpark to keep the children entertained.

i started  with a tent then trailer tent now caravan. so looking around on this site to gen myself up a bit.

just to let you  know i live just up the bank in the housing estate if anyone wants to know more about riverside park wansbeck caravan site or the local area i can help.

or, if you get stuck give me a call. i have a decent toilet,  and could offer a cuppa if you are drowned out.

i walk past the site on a daily basis.
