2008s event attracted a record number of motorhomes and caravans to stay on site for the weekend as well as thousands of day visitors over the three days. Following the success of 2008 the exhibition area has been expanded further and will now present a broad selection of almost 200 specialist outdoor traders including leading motorhome dealers showing a huge variety of new and pre-owned motorcaravans, alongside suppliers offering thousands of accessories, gadgets and leisurewear.

Is anyone thinking of going to this show by warners over in Pickering?
We will be going and wondered if we were going to get to meet any other ukcs members. We enjoyed it last year and the sun shone for us so hoping for a repeat this year
We only live 12 miles down the road but will be camping anyway as we would love to meet some of the members. We haven't booked a pitch yet but will be doing as soon as possible, probably only for the Saturday night though.
Hoping to pick up some advice and tips from all you experts as we are only newbies and haven't a clue what we are doing!
Hey titch173, your motorhome looks fantastic! Puts ours to shame lol. We love her really though haha.
Have booked but haven't received my tickets yet :( will give them a bit longer before I start pestering. haha.
Great name titch. LOL.
Our numberplate is R OCY so i suppose we could call it rocky except that it's not really a girlie name and we do tend to call her she. haha.
Will come up with something soon no doubt.
Did you get tickets for the Sat night show?
Hey Chatterdog, lets hope the sun shines for us this year too otherwise we will need tractors to pull us out!
We go carbooting there and it's very boggy if it has rained.
It will be nice meeting you all.
erm we are not camping on site at Pickering now this year, I thought no one was going from here as only one person had replied by the middle of june, so have booked in to a site near by as i didnt want to be miles away from the traders stalls, like last year it clocked a mile between a friend and ourselves and the trade stalls she clocked it on her bike when she came to find us and then we went to the stalls. So we are now taking our 5ver to the Coachman caravan site at snainton and for a change will have electric, and just pay day entry prob better for us as we have not used her yet this year due to family comitments/problems.
I still hope the sun shines for us all for the weekend and the week prior as it was quite wet last year with big areas that were cordoned off so vans couldnt park and get stuck, as it had thrown it down before the show but the sun shone during the event.
yep i am going to this show first time.I would have been going to a car show at nottingham tomorrow but had to give it a miss this year (americana)i am gutted being going for years.
But never mind thought i would try this show for a change plus this will be my last holliday for alongtime baby due soon

We had a good time too in the end! We arrived on the Saturday for an overnight stay and found there was nowhere left for us to park. Luckily they started to take up the road markers so managed to park up next to Titch and Hubby, who made us feel very welcome.
Some fantastic MH's on show!
