As its my birthday today and Im feeling old Ive just been looking back over some old posts.  This one stood out

Was the first meet really that long ago?!

I really am old!  I was about 25 when I went to that meet!  Its funny looking back at the old pics and remembering the fun times I had with such fantastic people. 

I would love to get another meet with all the originals back together (although I dont want to exclude anyone else) to see how we have all changed over the years. 

I celebrated my birthday that weekend as it was so close to that meet all those years ago.  This year I dont think I could drink half as much as I did or stay up as late!

Anyone else feeling nostalgic?

You did indeed meet me at the first alien meet, and  it wasnt so much fell off the chair as broke the chair

the bruise on my bum hurt for weeks!  Most people got the cameras out first but Maddie (bless her) actually offered to help me up (after taking a pic!), although all I could do was laugh!  Still feel guilty about breaking their chair. 

Sorry, just seen your post geoffb.  Hectic life at the mo! 

I couldnt make Elvaston, hope everyone who did go had fun.  I'll be looking out for photos.

I was at Sinfin on friday, Alfreton on sat and Codnor today as a first aider with St John Ambulance.  Am so knackered! 

Hoping to get to a meet sometime this year but life just so hectic right now I cant say if or when I can make one!
