you will enjoy it,especially with all the animals there and if you are lucky you might see the site owners doctor in his hot-air balloon! we went earlier this year by chance and would certainly go back again.the play area must be the best one we have seen on a campsite. a word of warning though--the electrics are only 6amp so they will not power a heater[after going out in the pitch dark with a mobile phone as a torch to re-set them a few times in the night!]

I must be mad my wife and I are going to fron farm on the 31/7/09 we will be taking our girls aged 24-21 and 18 one
son in-law and two grand daughters age 1 and 2 I am glad there is lots to do as I have no hair to start with and I think I would have pulled it all out if I had any by the end of the week. must admit I am looking forward to the trip

Just joined, was looking for somewhere to take the kids at bank hol and read all the great reviews on from farm and have just managed to get in hoping its okay its first time caravanning for us!

just hope he has cut the grass as it tends to get a bit long. its a more of a problem with a tent--the site is that big the farmer never has much time to cut it along with his normal duties.he did once offer a lad a tidy sum to do the mowing but he never showed up!

we managed to sneak a couple of nights last weekend but it looks fully booked for bank holiday[liked the bit when he dragged us round the field on a belt with his tractor!]
