Had absolutely no idea what you were talking about so had a google! Guess thats our quiet weekend out the window, nice relaxing walks etc etc.

My oh is over the moon of course as is my 6 year old son, think me and dd will just need to hit the shops! lol!

Hi all

Went to Witches Craig in Stirling for our first ever camping trip this weekend. We loved it, just stayed and played around the site. Went with another family and all of us had a brill time. We only had a couple of small tents so after drinking our wine in our friends tent when the sun went down (v cold as soon as it did!) we are going to invest in a tent with a living space.

Have deffo been bitten by the camping bug. Can't believe how full the car was though and how long it took to pack and unpack! Anyway we were so lucky with the weather, all of us came back with a tanned face!

Will have a look at the sites some of you have been to. We are so lucky being in Scotland, loads of beautiful places within a small radius, only 30 mins for us to Witches Craig. Tell you what we were all shattered though and that fresh air gave us a great appitite.
